When the nurse is passionate about whom she cares for, who she works with and the human body then that nurse will be driven to stay at the top of her game.

Nurses can be a soothing and encouraging influence on patients and their families and friends, as well as on their co-workers, if they possess a positive outlook on life. A sound belief in her skills and intellect will provide the nurse with a healthy dose of pride in her work, not to mention herself.
