Another year has passed and you are still smoking.  Due to the highly addictive powers of nicotine people find it very hard to give up.  These addictive tendancies are formed in our brain.  The act of lighting up has become part of your daily life and part of your physical and mental make up.  For these reasons it is essential that we look into some quit smoking tips.
